Amazon Associates is our primary affiliate program. Most product links in our guides and reviews point to Amazon.

What this costs you

Nothing. Affiliate commissions are paid by the retailer, not by you. The price you see is the same whether you arrive through our link or type the URL yourself. Commissions fund the research, writing, and upkeep of this site.

How affiliate links affect our recommendations

They don’t. Every product we cover is evaluated with the same research process — manufacturer specifications, product documentation, and verified owner feedback — and scored on the same rubric of capacity, build quality, and install difficulty. A product’s affiliate potential plays no role in whether we recommend it or how it scores. If a product doesn’t hold up in the research, it doesn’t get recommended.

We may join additional affiliate programs in the future. If we do, this page will be updated to reflect them, and the same rule will apply: commissions never influence scores.

Why we disclose this

Beyond being required by the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines, disclosure is simply how we’d want to be treated as readers. You deserve to know how a review site is funded before you trust its verdicts.
